Since joining Nicholson more than 12 years ago, Josh has steadily advanced through Nicholson’s organization, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to delivering successful projects.

Josh began his career at Nicholson as a Superintendent before progressing through several leadership roles, including Project Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, and Division Manager. His promotion to Vice President reflects both his extensive industry expertise and the lasting impact he has made across the Central Division throughout his career.

Over the years, Josh has played a key role in leading complex geotechnical construction projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and project teams. His hands-on experience in the field, combined with his strategic leadership approach, has helped drive growth and operational success throughout the division.
