Stephen Patt, P.E. to Open Nicholson's New DC Metro Area Office
Pittsburgh-based geotechnical specialty contractor Nicholson Construction is pleased to welcome Stephen Patt, P.E. to lead the expansion of Nicholson’s presence in DC Metro and Baltimore areas.
Patt comes to Nicholson with 15 years of experience in geotechnical construction, including client relations, strategic planning and operational leadership.
Starting off his career as an Assistant Project Engineer with Engineering Consulting Services, LTD (ECS) Mid-Atlantic Division, he then moved to positions of Project Manager, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer to President/Principal Engineer of the ECS Capitol Services, PLLC group in Washington, DC.
He most recently held the title of President, where he was responsible for teambuilding, group leadership, client relations and technical oversight. leadership training.
In his new role as Pre-Construction Manager at Nicholson, he will be responsible for developing the DC metro area market, establishing and managing client relationships and growing Nicholson’s local business prospects.
